Please ensure your dog has been let out to use the bathroom prior to arrival to avoid accidents inside. We cannot bring your dog outside to use the bathroom during their appointment.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or shorten the grooming session to stay on schedule. If we are unable to groom your dog, you will be charged 50% of the service cost.
We ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a $35 fee. No-shows will be charged 50% of the total service cost that was scheduled. You will be required to put down a nonrefundable deposit totaling the cost of the service scheduled for future appointments if you no-show to your appointment.
For Haircut Dogs--We require your dog to be on a schedule. We recommend grooming every 4–6 weeks to maintain coat health. We will pre-book your next appointment at check-out for your convenience. You may adjust the frequency to fit your schedule.
We will text or call to let you know when your dog is ready to go home. Please return in a timely manner. We want to maintain a stress-free environment by keeping the number of dogs in the facility to a minimum. We do not have the capacity to keep your dog for extended periods of time. Please keep this in mind when choosing your appointment day and time.
